A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

Returns Policy
Wreaths By Rachael accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Wreaths By Rachael without the prior written consent of Wreaths By Rachael and are subject to a return charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on handmade, made to order bespoke or sale items.
To start a return you can contact us at wreathsbyrachael@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and if your items is damaged or faulty please email wreathsbyrachael@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please include the order number, description of the damaged item or fault and a photo of the damaged item as evidence.
All damaged/faulty items must be verified by Wreaths By Rachael prior to a refund or replacement being issued. We will work to ensure that the item is replaced or refunded as soon as possible,
